内蒙古大学中蒙俄经济研究院致力于打造服务于国家和地方向北开放的智库，是响应“一带一路”国家战略，进一步推动中蒙俄经济合作领域的深入研究而成立的研究院。
中蒙俄经济研究院将充分发挥内蒙古大学学科齐全、人才密集和与蒙、俄合作交流广泛的优势，组织国内外相关领域专家学者，围绕中蒙俄经济走廊建设的重大现实问题，积极开展多学科的综合研究，为自治区各级政府和有关部门科学决策提出一系列具有针对性和操作性的政策建议。
The China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Research Institute of Inner Mongolia Universityis committed to building a think-tank that serves national and local open northward. It is a research institute set up in response to the national strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative to further promote in-depth study of China-Mongolia-Russia economic cooperation.
The China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Research Institute will give full play to advantages of Inner Mongolia University, such as complete disciplines, intensive talents and extensive cooperation and exchange with Mongolia and Russia. The institute will organize domestic and foreign scholars and experts from the related fields,focus on major practical problems in the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor, actively carry out multi-disciplinary comprehensive research,and put forward a series of targeted and operational policy recommendations for scientific decision-making of governments at all levels and all relevant departments in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
